Trelawny Parish Court evacuated

The Trelawny Parish Court in Falmouth has been evacuated due to a bomb threat.

Staff and members of the public were asked to evacuate the building at approximately 11:20 a.m. to allow the police and other experts to carry out their investigations.

Members of the public with matters scheduled for today are being advised to go to the Duncans Courthouse at 1 p.m. where their matters will be mentioned and new dates set.

The Falmouth courthouse will be reopened as soon as clearance is given by the authorities.
