Music Producer Roy Fowl murdered in Kingston

Popular music promoter Owen Clarke, better known as Roy Fowl, was shot and killed early Saturday morning in Kencot St Andrew.

The 61-year-old Clarke was shot by men who rode up on a bike. He was hit multiply times. He collapsed in front of his Red Range Rover motor vehicle and died.

Roy Fowl, or Father Fowl, was the leader of an international drug ring for many years.

In June 2004 he was found guilty in a London court for producing, supplying and possessing crack cocaine.

He was sentenced to 13 years which was later slashed to 11 after he made an appeal.
