Mr Lexx hot in Columbia

The prince of dancehall, Mr Lexx, recently returned to the island after a stint in Colombia.

Mr Lexx was invited by La Mega, one of the biggest radio stations in Colombia for its annual radio festival to make an appearance as a top act. One of his more recent songs, Bad Boys, with El Freaky, has been doing well in Colombia.

It was a result of the success of the single that the invitation was extended.

"It has been mashing up the airwaves in Colombia so they reached out to me to make an appearance and, of course, I accepted," Mr Lexx said.

Dubbed Megaland, the festival saw the artiste performing to a roaring crowd of thousands of people chanting, "Mr Lexx, Mr Lexx!"

"It is always a wonderful feeling doing what I was born to do. I love to perform. The crowd was ecstatic about the performance and I was happy to deliver," he added.

LATINMARKET

Mr Lexx has been making huge strides on the Latin market, which comes as no surprise because of his versatile nature.

While in Colombia, he and the producers used the opportunity to shoot the video for Bad Boys. He also used this platform as a promotional opportunity as well, making appearances at various radio stations.
