The SunCity Campus Invasion tour is in its second week after a successful first leg.

The radio station has completed its outside broadcast and concerts at International University of the Caribbean, Edna Manley College of Visual and Performing Arts, G.C. Foster College of Physical Education and Sports, and Caribbean Maritime Institute.

The concert featured performances from acts including reigning winner of Magnum King and Queen of Dancehall, Devin Di Dakta, Voicemail, Delus, newcomers D'Medz, Orisha Sound, and Dimon Trejah, to name a few.

The Invasions are hosted by SunJock Supa Hype and Honi-B. CEO of SunCity 104.9 FM, Steve Billings, said: "So far, the Invasions have been doing exceptionally well. The turnout of the students is really good and the staff has been very welcoming."

The outside broadcast featured interviews with staff and students regarding campus life and enrolling in different courses.

In light of the success of the first leg, SunCity 104.9FM will be adding new performers and other elements to each visit.

Billings added: "As we visit each school we try to spice things up a bit. We want students to keep engaged and take something from this experience."

Other campuses slated for the Invasion includes University of The West Indies, University of Technology, and Portmore Community College.
