High energy at Flabba Dabba b'day bash

Famed disc jock, Jemoy Fyffe, aka Flabba Dabba, celebrated his birthday in fine style at the Celeb Club inside the Olympia Crown Hotel, Molynes Road, St Andrew recently.

The party was dubbed Workalcholic in celebration of the various occupations of Jamaicans and the hard work put in by the nation's work force to build Brand Jamaica.

In attendance were the selector's parents, Wayne and Michelle Fyffe, dancehall icon Bounty Killer, disc jock Ikel Marvlous, media personality Camala Latouche, among others.

Patrons came dressed as soldiers, nurses, lawyers, pilots, medical doctors and construction workers, among others.

The energy was turned up by the musical juggling of Bumpy Cash, Escobar, Team Shella which consists of Flabba Dabba and Ikel Marvlous, among others as the Sexy & Sassy girls flirted in dancehall style, and the promo girls did their sexy wine.

Then it was time for the Flabba Dabba, and Ikel Marvlous show. Flabba Dabba, dressed as a pilot, and Ikel, dressed as a police inspector, took centrestage as they made some nifty dancehall-inspired moves, much to the delight of the crowd. When THE STAR team exited the venue after 4 a.m. the vibes were still high. Here are some highlights.
