Tom Cruise tops local charts

British-based entertainer Don AndrE is over the moon as his hit single, Tom Cruise, has topped local charts.

The dance song is number one on Richie B's Jamaica Music Countdown, Hype TV's VTX chart, Magnum Pree Dis Chart, Stampede Street chart, Flow's Blacker countdown and blazing up TVJ's ER top ten and Fiwi Choice charts.

"I feel blessed to finally score a number one across the board in Jamaica, which is my first home. This truly means a whole lot to me, it's a goal I've dedicated most of my life to achieving.

"It proves that dreams do come true, never ever give up! I'm grateful to Ding Dong and Chi Ching Ching for both laying strong verses on the remix. It wouldn't be possible without my dancers, management, PR, production teams and, of course, the kids that really made the dance soar," said Don AndrE.

Tom Cruise is played daily on multiple platforms. It is arguably the top dance move and song for children across the island and embraced by corporate Jamaica, which have shown their endorsement by posting videos from their events.

Tom Cruise has been added to multiple international mainstream radio stations such as HOT 97 in New York, and BBC Radio 1 and 1 Xtra stations in the U.K.
