Attracting more than 5,000 patrons, the fifth staging of the Mayhem water party was a tremendous success.

The party, held at Cayenne Beach in Negril, was a fun-filled event. The vibes and the energy at the venue was off the charts as patrons got wet and wild as they partied to the latest hits played by popular DJs Chromatic, DJ Jashie, DJ Smoke, and DJ Burns.

"We are very happy with the success of the most recent staging of Mayhem. We did everything to ensure that our patrons had fun, including the installation of a 30-ft water slide, a foam canon, a super soaker, sprinklers, and several pools. It was just awesome. Everyone had a great time," said Marlon 'Boasy' Smith of Prodigy Entertainment. "We are enjoying a lot of success with every staging of the party. We have a great product and the patrons love it. I have to thank all our supporters."

The promoters of Mayhem are not just all about partying and having a good time. There's also a philanthropic side to them.

"We want to share our success with our community. We plan to do this by launching a scholarship programme in January 2017. Through this programme, we plan to give scholarships to high school students in Westmoreland," said Djordon Garwood, also of Prodigy Entertainment.
