Pure Vybz at Strictly Addi

All roads led to the Sugarman's Beach Club in Portmore recently, as JEM Entertainment held the third staging of Strictly Addi.

With the theme, 'Beach we affi Reach, 'Strictly Addi' was touted to be one of the summer's hottest event, the promoters promised it and they delivered.

Unlike most beach parties that begin during the day and end in the night, Strictly Addi was a night beach event and the fans came out to celebrate the 'Teacha''s musical artistry.

Zimi Entertainment's DJ Spuggy set the tone for the event from as early as 10 p.m. with a string of Vybz Kartel hits. The musical stylings of ZJ Chrome, ZJ Rush and Fire Links brought non-stop energy. The disc jocks played a plethora of hits that had the packed beach in a frenzy.

ZJ Chrome's set brought the event up a few decibels before Rush released an onslaught of Vybz Kartel-infused remixes. Fire Links ended the night with a high-tempo set filled with a number of the Worl' Boss' great hits.

The promoters were pleased with the turnout and thanked sponsors and patrons for making the event memorable.

"The turnout was great and we are extremely grateful for the patrons support. Strictly Addi 2017 is going be much bigger and better, that's a promise," said JEM's IB Konteh.
