MAPPING MATTHEW: Danielle D.I says storm afraid of being taxed by Jamaican government
Controversial recording artiste Danielle D.I said Hurricane Matthew will not dare venture close to Jamaica.
According to the artiste, who is infamous for wearing body paintings, Matthew risk being taxed to death if it ventures near the island.
“As mi friend, Rum Blood, seh, and mi just put it up on mi page, nuh storm nah come. Matthew nah come because him fraid a Jamaica because everything the government a tax right about now," Danielle D.I told THE STAR Online.
The deejay also said that the issuing of storm warning are done to ensure merchants make money.
"It come een like the supermarket are along with the whole scheme of hurricanes to get people money right now. All supermarkets just mek sure seh unno open if the storm does land so that we can run een,” she said.
