Dancehall artiste Road Elf (formerly known as Terro 3000) is hoping that by launching his website, roadelfmusic.com, he will be able to promote his music and connect with his fans.

The website will give fans the chance to interact with the artiste and promote his music.

"It was necessary to launch a website as an alternative way to get my music out to the world. It is also necessary because it provides a central location where people can learn about me, hear my music and see my videos," said Road Elf.

The deejay, who shot on to the musical radar almost ten years ago, has written and produced songs for a number of artistes over the years.

"When I just came in the game (as Terro 3000) people used to call my style and delivery more of a rapping style of deejaying. Now that seems to be the way everybody is going, so I would say I brought different flows to the game," he said.

"Road Elf is just a new style and vibe that I'm feeling right now. You might see Terro 3000 again or maybe I will change my name to something else in five years' time. Who knows? I am also one of the few artistes who can write, produce and engineer my music, plus I edit my videos."

The Kingston-based entertainer is known for songs such as In My Life, This is How I Feel and Head Top, which is a collaboration featuring RDX.

"My musical journey has been a great learning experience. I have developed as an artiste and as a person from the successes and challenges that the music industry comes with. I have gotten stronger musically and mentally," he added.
