OCEAN Style Magazine has imprinted itself as one of the premier publishers of luxury lifestyle.

In 2016, the luxury lifestyle brand executed three celebrity events, namely Taye Diggs' Book Signing Tour, Vivica Fox's Birthday Celebration, and the High Vibes Roots & Reggae Festival, featuring US rapper Rick Ross, Ky-mani Marley, Lee-Scratch Perry and Beenie Man.

Now the brand is gearing up for its fourth event - the ninth annual OCEAN Style Fashion Showcase Weekend and Celebrity Golf Tournament beginning tomorrow.

For four days, OCEAN Style will fIte a number of celebrities through seven events designed to showcase luxury lifestyle and fashion.

Founder of OCEAN Style magazine, Douglas Gordon, told THE STAR that he thinks the track record of the lifestyle brand event has been maintained over the years because of the impact it has made on those who have already attended their events.

"I think we've put a lot of time and effort into raising the production standards even higher, and focusing on our celebrity guests," he said.

This year's Fashion Showcase Weekend promises appearances from celebrities like actors George Lopez, Kevin Dillon, Flex Alexander, Rockmund Dunbar, and Frankie Muniz.

Beginning tomorrow, patrons will enjoy the Dulce de Leche Lingerie and Swimwear Show. The following day will see the staging of three events, beginning with OCEAN Style's Drive Into Luxury, sponsored by Sagicor and Audi. After that, dancehall artiste Beenie Man and model Selieta Ebanks will be honoured at the 2016 ICON Award Dinner.

Honouree Beenie Man will perform alongside Christopher Martin for the final event of that day, the All-White Eyes Wide Shut party, which will have music from DJ Kamal Bankay and DJ Hoopy from Trinidad.

Anthony Anderson, a member of the main cast of hit ABC show Black-Ish, will host the OCEAN Style Celebrity Golf Tournament at Cinnamon Hill, a few hours before the staging of the weekend's signature event, the OCEAN Style Fashion Showcase. The showcase is known for pulling some of the biggest names in fashion, like Etro, Reem Accra, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Agent Provocateur, Victoria's Secret, and the Caribbean's own Meiling, Anya Ayoung-Chee and Heather Jones.

"I think it's also the mix of activity," Gordon told THE STAR. "There's some fashion, there's some golf. There is luxury lifestyle activity and I think that resonates."
