Vybz Kartel creates buzz with 'Under Water'

Despite being behind bars for a number of years, Vybz Kartel continues to create a buzz in the dancehall industry, and this was indeed the case with the release of 'Under Water'.

The track is one of several songs on TJ Records' 'Zinc Roof' rhythm, which also features other acts like Tifa, Ishawna and Kim Kelly.

"We expect great things to come from this project. Kartel has always made an effort to stand out with his craft by following his own path and instinct, " producer TJ said.

The 'Zinc Roof' rhythm follows the January release of TJ's 'World Vibes' rhythm, which featured popular acts such as Shaggy, Wayne Wonder, Konshens, Charly Black, and Alaine.

But this is not the first time that TJ has teamed up with Vybz Kartel, as he played a huge role in the production of numerous projects for the artiste, including his last album, King Of The Dancehall, which included hits such as Fever, Western Union and Colouring This Life. The album did well, reaching number one on the iTunes Reggae charts in the US and Italy. It also peaked at number 31 on the iTunes music main charts in the US. The incarcerated deejay also collaborated with the producer on his 2014 EP, Exclusivity.
