Following a controversial separation from the Gaza camp after viral photos of her were circulated on the internet, dancehall artiste Lisa Hyper has made her way back to Vybz Kartel's musical 'romping shop'.

Kartel's business associate and artiste Sikka Rhymes told THE WEEKEND STAR that Hyper has reclaimed her spot as the 'Gaza first Lady' and has been re-signed to the label started by the now-incarcerated deejay.

The label, which also spawned the careers of Popcaan, Blak Ryno, Shawn Storm, Deva Bratt, Jah Vinci, and Gaza Sheba, among others, has been relatively inactive in recent times.

According to Sikka Rhymes, who is Kartel's most prominent artiste at the moment, Lisa Hyper has always remained loyal.

"It's only right for her to be re-signed because she is always supportive of Vybz Kartel, and she is not ungrateful. In business, people will have misunderstanding, but loyalty and real care can fix anything," he said. "We recently shared the stage at some events, and it's like she never left. she represent Gaza like a true soldier. Therefore, I speak on behalf of Addi (Kartel) when I say, ' welcome back, Lisa!'"

Lisa Hyper, who recently revealed on social media that she and Kartel were involved in a relationship prior to entering the music industry, explained that the decision to re-sign to Kartel's label was inevitable.

"Re-signing to Vybz Kartel was something we've both been optimistic about. Even though both our personalities are so strong, we are still each other's muse. Growing up in the same community of Waterford and knowing him from a tender age makes our chemistry and bond one of a kind," she said. "As the dancehall lyrical queen and first lady of Gaza, the fans have been hoping and waiting for the reunite, so I know they'll be happy about it," she said.

The artiste, who was also managed by Kartel, said that she experienced tremendous growth under his tutelage and that she is looking forward to the doors this new opportunity will open.

"He was always a great manager, so I have no regrets. I have grown tremendously in every way that I needed, and the Lisa Hyper brand has grown with me and still is growing. So right now, I'm just gonna be executing," she said. Lisa Hyper is now working with Vybz Kartel Muzik, Hustle Firm Entertainment, Seanizzle Records and TJ Records.
