Recording artiste Razor B is finding even more innovative ways to give back to his community. This time around, he is using his love for keeping fit to interact with the public by hosting 'Summer Moves', a high-energy workout series that will be held every Saturday for four weeks. The bonus is that he is offering the sessions at no cost to the participants.

"It's never about the money. It gives me a sense of purpose," Razor B said.

"Physical well-being is just as important as mental and emotional health. For a lot of people, they just don't know where to start or think it has to be complicated, but I am on a mission to show people that fitness is fun and easy."

The workout series will begin on Saturday, May 18, and will be held from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. at his restaurant, Cassup's Kitchen, located at 12 Dunrobin Avenue, St Andrew. There is limited space available for approximately 20 participants, and it is open to every one.

"Whether young, old, male or females, it will be based on first come first serve, but I must warn that it is not for the faint of heart. It is a tough workout," he told THE STAR.

The Bruk Back deejay said that if the initiative increases his fan base then it is a welcomed bonus, but that is not the focus.

Fitness has played an integral role in Razor B's life since his high school days, and he has seen the benefits of sticking to a strict workout regime. The sessions will also expose participants to the recording artiste's fastest, energy-filled songs, as well as soca.

He notes his physique is a testament to the quality workout participants will receive.

Meanwhile, Razor B also hinted at the possibility of 'gym invasions' at the end of the month that will involve him providing a one-hour aerobics session across five or more gyms in the Corporate Area.

"Persons who normally sign up and pay for fitness classes are guaranteed the best workout of the year from me and my team at the surprise invasions. However, if the number of persons that attend exceeds the expected amount, we may change the location," he said. "Anyone who knows Razor B knows it has to be fun, lively and upbeat, but if the goal is to get fit and healthy like me, it requires movement," Razor B told THE STAR.
