G Maffiah splashes his ‘Cologne’

Recording artiste G Maffiah said he has been receiving great feedback from the public for his latest release, Cologne.

"The song has been getting a lot of attention, and I know for a fact that it's playing in places that I don't even know about. People in Jamaica and all over London have been sending me video clips of my song on mainstream radio, and I am thankful for the continued support," said G Maffiah. "When people hear that I drop new music, they automatically know that it's food for the soul, because my music stays on the motivational and fun side of things. I like to show the ghetto youths that if I made it out, they can do it, too. My music is a reflection of real-life events and I have a lot more in store for 2021."

Steady momentum

With Cologne building steady momentum, G Maffiah is in the studio putting the finishing touches on his Big Bang EP, which is slated to be released in coming the months. The completed songs include Good Life, Making The Gees and Enemies.

"I plan on adding more singles to the EP, it depends on what the engineers and I decide to do over the next couple of weeks. I want to ensure that this EP resonates with the people in a way that my music has never done before," he said.

G Maffiah recently launched his own label and recording studio, which now serve as a premier location for other artistes who are looking for a break in the industry.
