R-Embassida reaping success with ‘Farmer Man’

Reggae artiste R-Embassida is pleased with the response to his new single, Farmer Man featuring Lutan Fyah.

Since its release in the late summer, it has enjoyed strong rotation on several local radio stations including HITZ 92 FM and Radio Jamaica FM.

"I am getting a lot of positive feedback about this song, everyone says it's a hit. I have to thank all the DJs who are playing it in Jamaica and other parts of the world. I also have to big up Lutan Fyah for doing this song with me. It was a great experience working on this track with him, he's a very talented artiste," said R-Embassida.

The hard-working singjay says 2020 has been a very productive year for him, despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

"I was able to push my career forward with singles that got a lot of airplay like Journey. I also did a lot of work online to promote my EP titled The Connection. Despite all the restrictions that were caused by the pandemic I was still able to do a lot of work in the studios," he said.

His manager Derrick Brown added, "I'm proud of the progress that R-Embassida is making, he's putting in the work and we're seeing positive results. I'm confident that it won't be before he becomes a household name in Jamaican music."
