After revealing her 'new body' on Instagram last Tuesday, dancehall artiste Lisa Hyper jokes about the reason for getting her body done.

"I decided to take the step because everyone was doing it," she laughed. But she admits she was very scared about going under the knife and for years had toyed with the idea of surgery. For her, the thought of coming out 'botched' was terrifying. Nonetheless, the Gaza First Lady recently took the bold step down the 'new body' road that many of her colleagues have trod. And she has absolutely no regrets.

"I have the ability to reinvent myself endlessly. That's my beauty so why not? I avoided getting my body done for so long but one day I had a meeting with my team. Through our talks, it was decided that would be our next move," she told THE STAR. "I was very scared and nervous at the same time because I was afraid of coming out botched. The thought of something going wrong kept playing on my mind. But I prayed continuously and in the end I got a very great doctor." The entertainer had a liposculpture and Brazilian butt lift. Her team at Designerbodys revealed the entertainer was also interested in breast augmentation but decided against that as she believed her breasts were 'perfect'.

With her new look continuing to create quite the buzz on social media, Lisa Hyper says she is most happy her fans have embraced her new look.

"To me it (getting her body done) is not really a big deal. I definitely told the doctor I wanted to look natural as possible. As you know, I'm petite and I'm just happy with my results and how crazy my fans are going," she said. Unwilling to 'pretty things up', the entertainer said the recovery process was painful but did not divulge details of her personal process. She did, however, use the opportunity to point out she lives by the mantra 'to each his own' and would neither encourage nor discourage surgery.

Now that she's healed, the entertainer is ready to take on the music scene with full force once more. Already, she has a new single in the works. The track, titled S.CU.L.P.T.U.R.E is produced by Mineral Boss Records and is said to be a toast to her new look.
