Honorebel works with some big names in hip-hop on his 10th album, 444.

He shares the mic with Snoop Dogg on Can't Let Go, his second collaboration with the legendary rapper. Nigerian Afrobeats singer Joe El is also on that track. The saucy Bedroom Music is the name of his song with Tory Lanez. While hip-hop celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, Honorebel did not have that on his mind when he reached out to Snoop Dogg or Tory Lanez.

"I wouldn't say hip-hop had a significant impact on my sound, but definitely on the business side of my career. Hip-hop had an impact on my career, which stems from the way I do business. For instance, I learnt that it's essential to own your master recordings, ownership of publishing, and how to share the spotlight with other artistes in different genres," he explained. "In other words, just try and do as much collaborations as possible so you can cover a wider musical landscape. I always think latitude and not altitude."

The album also contains the dance track On Top of The World, which has enjoyed strong response in areas like his home town of South Florida, Europe and Africa, which are some of Honorebel's strongest markets.

Honorebel's biggest hit song is a collaboration. Done with Pitbull and Jump Smokers, Now You See It (Shake That Ass) made the Billboard charts in 2010.
