Dancehall artiste Valiant made an impressive debut at INSTAHYPE, the birthday celebration for party promoter Andre 'Dre Hype' Williams in the scenic Pine Ridge in Stony Hill on Sunday.

Valiant pelted the audience with lyrics from songs like Speed Off, Mad Out, Expensive and Barbies, which made the ladies lose themselves. The selectors made sure to juggle with a mixture of hard-core tunes, R&B and Afrobeats. Patrons were out in their numbers, inclduing the 'Barbies' as well as the flossers and big spenders, making it a memorable night.

Williams had this to say: "Valiant's performance was exciting, you could see he was comfortable performing in his community and the audience enjoyed it. Big up Jamal, too, who gave a cameo performance, and Terrifa the female artiste who opened the show."

He added: "INSTAHYPE is back and here to stay. It was a good look; people from all walks of life were here to get the INSTAHYPE experience. The energy was up and the style on point. Instahype Kool Out Sunday was the buzz. I am happy that the patrons responded to the promotion."

Chronic Law was also booked to perform at the event; however, he left abruptly.
