Recording artistes Lee Major X and DJ Whitey have teamed up on the new track Bad Mind Neighbour, which was officially released on September 20.

"This song highlights those moments when you're trying to uplift yourself, working hard to achieve your goals and your neighbours start giving you a fight," Lee Major X explained.

As described by the artiste, the song has a great dancehall sound that everyone can vibe to. Creating this project was a seamless collaboration between the two artistes, who have already paired up on two previously released tracks.

"We just have a great chemistry and a family relationship. We have two songs together called Don't Laugh and Ricky Bounce," Lee Major X revealed.

The accompanying music video is set to be released and promises to transcend the song's message in a compelling way. With positive feedback coming in since the release of the song, both artistes guarantee a great listening experience for music lovers.

"The song is very vibrant. You don't have to argue with your neighbours. I hope everyone who listens to the song can just hold a vibe and enjoy it," stated DJ Whitey.

Based between New York and St Thomas, Lee Major X has been steadily building his music catalogue, with releases including Run Outta Gas, and Save Jamaica. With the positive response so far to Bad Mind Neighbour, he is gearing up for even more releases. He has three new tracks in the pipeline, Probox, Tears and Rude Boys Fall In Luv.

"My music is usually very conscious and also can be very humorous. My supporters can look out for some more pure, clean music," Lee Major X revealed.

DJ Whitey is also a St Thomas native who achieved popularity on social media for showcasing her versatile deejaying skills while in her school uniform, for which she received widespread love and encouragement.

"I honestly was just doing it for the love of it all, but I am very happy that I was able to get so much love for expressing myself," she said.
