There was an air of anticipation inside Mas Camp on Saturday night, as six sound systems from across the island came armed with dubs and musical artillery blaring through their boxes.

Each one aimed to claim the coveted title of winner at the Dancehall Sound Battle, the explosive clash event of the Magnum Dancehall Week 2024 celebrations.

Despite the formidable challenge posed by contenders like Prestomix, Kosmik Movements, Redd Heat, Road Kode 'The Blue Sound System' and Sound Trooper, it was High Tension Sound System from Spanish Town, St Catherine, that was the last one standing.

Here are the highlights.
