Sizzla blazes at Fashionistas party

Dancehall firebrand Sizzla performed for a solid hour to bring the curtain down on a successful inaugural staging of Fashionistas, held at the Police Officers' Club in St Andrew last Saturday.

Sizzla used his wide range of songs to captivate the audience with tunes such as Just One Of Those Days, Thank You Mama, Praise Ye Jah, and Dem A Wonder, which went over well with the audience. He even had time to freestyle, giving his performance another boost.

"It was an amazing display by Sizzla. Oh my, a solid hour of performance by Sizzla and Rickey General, the guest artiste, complemented well on a grand evening for retro music," Sandy from Ochio Rios, St Ann, told THE STAR.

Apart from the live performances, disc jocks DJ Chubb Rock, ZJ Liquid and Bad Gyal Marie played music interludes to make the occasion a memorable one. Here are the highlights.
