Edley Shine bats for genuine connections in music

Hip-hop reggae artiste Edley Shine has officially solidified a new distribution partnership with industry powerhouse Symphonic.

The collaboration marks a significant milestone in Edley Shine's career, setting the stage for the release of his latest offering, Life's Journey. Produced by Sawfie Alliance, Life's Journey features additional production from Grammy-nominated Roe Summerz, known for his work with artistes like Beenie Man, Tommy Lee Sparta and Ding Dong. This track is the first instalment in a rhythm series, with the full compilation set to be unveiled in the summer.

Edley Shine's new song embodies the original essence of reggae with a powerful message and a sound often overlooked in today's trap dancehall streaming era. As the industry witnesses a shift towards social media hype, Edley Shine is taking a different path. He is not only an artiste, but also a label executive dedicated to nurturing and investing in young Jamaican talent, a mission he holds close to his heart.

Under his Shinealous Records imprint, Edley Shine is set to unleash multiple projects in collaboration with label partners, such as DJ Jamar and DJ Baby Ace. Furthermore, a dancehall project by Roe Summerz and fresh acts is in development.
