Anthony B delivered an incendiary performance on the beach side at the Voile D'Or last Saturday in Dakar, Senegal.

Over-enthusiastic fans, excited by the prospect of seeing the fiery Anthony B live, set fire to a coconut tree beside the stage during the middle of his set as the Fire Pon Rome artiste took the audience throughout his impressive catalogue. Running onto the stage, he had the fans in a tizzy with his version of the 'Running Man' dance, where he ran in place while the band played an untempo beat. He ignited the venue with high-energy kicks as he did hit songs such as Raid the Barn, Mr Heartless and Damage.

Fans blazed a huge ball of orange fire in the middle of the large crowd as they enjoyed his performance. Anthony B didn't ease up when the fans torched the leaves of the coconut tree and the fire raced towards the roof of the stage. He continued to blaze the hits while fans held chairs in the air, lit torches with aerosol cans, and waved Senegalese and Rasta flags at the Hotel Voile D'Or venue.

In April, Anthony B's 'World A Love' tour took him to the Netherlands in Europe, Grenada in the Caribbean, Costa Rica in Central America, then to the US cities of Tulsa and Little Rock. Anthony B will head off to the UK for City Splash on May 27, and then Trinidad and Tobago for the World of Reggae show on June 8.

The artiste said that he doesn't mind his gruelling tour schedule.

"I see the reality of my life and mission, and I came to the realisation that the true purpose of my talent is to be a inspiration and instrument for the Creator. So I only give thanks, humble myself, and am truly grateful I was chosen and saved by His grace," he said.

His latest single is Blessings Ah Flow, for which he released visuals three weeks ago.
