Reggae Sumfest 2024 celebrated its 31st year as the most prestigious and largest music festival in the Caribbean. Downsound Entertainment Limited, spearheaded by Joseph Bogdanovich, is the festival owner and producer of this annual week-long festival held in Montego Bay. On the menu were the Sumfest Family Fun Day, Street Dance, All-White Party, Global Sound Clash, Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum Festival & Blitz Party and the two main festival nights on Friday July 19 and Saturday July 20.

The line-up for the Main Festival Night 1 Friday at the Catherine Hall Entertainment complex in Montego Bay saw performances from Capleton, Dexta Daps, Teejay, Aidonia, Malie Donn, Turbulence, Pablo YG, Munga Honorable, Jquan, Ding Dong, Qyor, and YG Marley and surprise guest, his mother Lauryn Hill.
