Julia Fox regrets dating Kanye

Julia Fox says Kanye West "used her as a pawn" during their brief relationship.

The 34-year-old actress and model began dating the rapper, 47, in January 2022, shortly after his split from Kim Kardashian. However, she now admits regretting the romance.

"I regret that relationship so much. I hate it!" Julia revealed to The Times' weekend magazine. "It lasted only a few weeks, but it was enough to last me a lifetime. I was in one of the most uncomfortable positions of my life, and that's saying a lot. I don't want to be known as anyone's girlfriend."

She explained that she had wanted to keep the relationship private, but Kanye made it public without her consent. "It wasn't my idea for it to go public. If anything, I said, 'We should wait,' but then, boom, it was out there behind my back. I quickly realised I was being used as a pawn."

Julia also shared that Kanye asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement, telling her they couldn't be friends if she didn't. Her response? "I'll live."

Their relationship ended just a month after it began, and Kanye went on to marry Bianca Censori in December 2022, though they have since split.

Despite the media frenzy surrounding her and Kanye, Julia noted that her first taste of fame came years earlier. "The first time I was called an 'It girl' was around 2014. Even though I wasn't mainstream famous, I was always well known in New York. I had a reputation for being rowdy and crazy. There was a lot of lore around me."
