CEO of youth focused marketing agency Campus Elite, Sandre Malcolm, says this year's staging of D'Aftermas, the after party for UWI Carnival, has become its own movement.

"Year after year, the energy, the crowd, and the vibes gets better and better. This year, the response was beyond our expectations, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the way the party brought people together to celebrate after the road march," he said. "I'm even happier with how the Red Bull Selector set segment went without a hitch. I love that patrons were able to fully enjoy themselves by deciding what it is they want to listen to as the night progressed."

This year's staging of D'Aftermas attracted a vibrant and diverse crowd, solidifying its reputation as one of the must-attend celebrations of the season. With gates opened as early as 5 p.m., D'Aftermas college DJs Watty, and Breeze & Jubba who got the vibe going. Around the 9 p.m. mark, DJ Vinchi picked up the baton as the venue got more crowded. The A-Team, consisting of Carlos and Ace, then kicked things into overdrive, setting the stage for the Redbull Selector Set segment of the event.

With this first-of-its-kind event in Jamaica, Malcolm opined that the show has set the bar of creativity and innovation at an incremental high for other promoters.

"From the planning stages to the final beats of the night, D'Aftermas continues to prove why it's the ultimate after-party experience," said Malcolm, who is also director of D'Aftermas.

"The success of this event is a testament to the loyalty of our supporters and the unmatched energy of the UWI Carnival. I have to thank all the sponsors who came onboard to make D'Aftermas a success, as this would not have been possible without you. We can't wait to bring to life the vision for the next staging."

With its innovative approach and seamless execution, D'Aftermas has once again proven to be more than just a party - it's a celebration of culture, community, and the boundless energy of youth.
