Roze Don says he has found summer Banger

June 03, 2025

Dancehall artiste Roze Don says his recent absence from the local music scene is due to a packed overseas schedule.

The entertainer has been busy with performances across several countries, including the United States, Canada, Turks and Caicos, the United Kingdom, and Guyana.

"I have been spending less time in Jamaica since November last year, which was when I started doing multiple shows outside of the country. These shows will come to an end in July when I do my birthday celebration in Canada," said Roze Don.

Known for tracks such as First Night, Bak Shat, CamelBack, Spain Town Badness, and Unch It, the charismatic deejay says his international performances have been nothing short of electric, with fans singing his lyrics word for word.

"The fans expressed their eagerness and interest while they awaited my entrance on stage. Once I enter the stage, the fans get crazy. Their reaction is what matters most and if they are not impressed or pleased with my performance, then I am not happy," said the Sneaky Link deejay.

He continued, "What I like most about performing overseas is the fact that I get to embrace and promote my culture, while gaining new fans."

Roze Don's latest release, Bet Yuh Say, a collaboration between Countree Hype Entertainment and 2Flashy Records, is already showing signs of becoming a summer hit.

"The musical chemistry working with both producers is really good. We understand each other and we always stay working. I have more unreleased songs with both producers, than what we have released. The hardest part is choosing a song and then we have to top that off with the sauce, which is like KFC secret recipe," Roze Don said.
