Nessa B unleashes ‘Party Fire’
Up-and-coming reggae artiste Nessa B is pinning her hopes on an Afrobeats-inspired single, Party Fire, featuring Ugandan artiste Slung Slayer.
The song, produced by Don Marshall Production, was released earlier this year, but there has been recent uptick in streams on various platforms.
"The response has been very encouraging. The track has a nice sexy vibe with a 'shake up your bumper' kinda repetitive chorus. So I guess that's why it is doing so well on the club scene in Uganda this summer. The song is gaining traction on platforms like Audiomack and Anghami. We are even thinking about doing a video," she said.
The sister of dancehall star Kiprich, Nessa B, grew up in Balmagie Avenue in Waterhouse, St Andrew, before moving to Portmore, St Catherine.
In 2019, she got her first big break with the single Mi Nuh Play (on D Dot Records label) and Bad Gal Saga (K Natural Entertainment Records label).
Her other releases include Rod of Correction, and System Nah Pree featuring Laygus.
