Truck falls into gully, one dead, two injured

One man was killed and two others hospitalised when the vehicle they were travelling in overturned on the Spur Tree Hill main road in Mandeville, Manchester this morning.

The deceased has only been identified as Carlos Black. Reports from the Mandeville police are that about 1 a.m., Black was a passenger in a motor truck, when the driver lost control of the vehicle, which overturned in a gully.

The police were summoned and all three were taken to hospital where Black was pronounced dead; the driver and the other passenger are being treated.
