Holness rips up sleeveless policy

Government offices can not deny access or services to persons based on their sleeveless attire.Prime Minister Andrew Holness has given instructions for the suspension of the no-sleeveless policy.  

The Government said that there is no law or official government policy that permits the barring of persons from accessing government services based on their sleeveless attire.

The Office of the Prime Minister said that Olivia Grange, the culture and gender, minister, has been mandated to formulate a government dress code policy that is aligned with modern considerations as well as the climactic realities of Jamaica.
