Jamaica records third COVID-19 death

Health and Wellness Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton has announced that Jamaica has reported an additional COVID-19 related death.

This brings to 3 the total number of deaths. 

The Health Minister made the announcement a short while ago.

Tufton says details will be presented at a press briefing later this afternoon.

This development comes a day after the second patient with the coronavirus died.

Up to Tuesday, Jamaica recorded 38 confirmed COVID-19 cases.
