Delays in processing, delivery of police records

The Criminal Records Office (CRO) says delivery of police records will be impacted as they are currently experiencing technical challenges.

In a statement to THE STAR, the CRO stated that the technical issues are being urgently addressed and that services are expected to return to normal very soon.

Customers will experience some delays in the processing and delivery of Police Records.
