A woman was killed after she lost control of a vehicle and crashed into a tree in St Elizabeth (contributed photo)

A Westmoreland woman was this morning killed in a motor vehicle crash along the Font Hill Main Road in St Elizabeth.

The vehicle was reportedly heading from Westmoreland around 11 a.m when the driver lost control and crashed into a tree.

Two of the three occupants were flung from the car.
