Four more COVID-19 deaths, 303 new cases

Jamaica on Friday recorded four more COVID-19 deaths, pushing the tally to 372.

Those who have died are:

A 70-year-old female from Clarendon
A 56-year-old male from St Elizabeth
A 79-year-old male from Kingston and St Andrew
An 83-year-old male from Kingston and St Andrew

Three other deaths have been listed as coincidental.

Meanwhile, there were 303 new cases with ages ranging from 21 days to 93 years, pushing the total to 18,830 with 5,720 being active.

Of the new cases, 121 are males and 182 are females.

In the meantime, there were 41 more recoveries, increasing the total to 12,545.

Some 229 persons are in hospital with 19 being moderately ill and 21 critically ill.
