Twelve more COVID-19 deaths, 695 new cases

Jamaica on Wednesday recorded 12 more COVID-19 deaths, pushing the tally to 475.

One other death has been listed as coincidental, while another is now under investigation.

Meanwhile, there were 695 new cases with ages ranging from four days to 91 years, pushing the total to 28,968 with 13,479 being active.

Of the new cases, 286 are men and 409 are females.

In the meantime, there were 137 more recoveries, increasing the total to 14,781.

Some 310 persons are in hospital with 25 being moderately ill and 31 critically ill.
