439 new COVID cases, three more deaths
Of the 1,356 samples tested for COVID-19 in Jamaica in the last 24 hours, 439 returned positive results for a total of 36,670 with 19,253.
Of the new cases, 187 are males and 252 are females, with ages ranging from 2 days to 96 years.
Kingston and St Andrew recorded the most new cases with 117, followed by St Catherine with 43.
St Mary with nine was the only parish to register single digit cases.
Meanwhile, 451 patients are hospitalised, with 62 patients moderately ill and 42 critical.
There were 128 more recoveries, bringing that total to 16,618.
In the meantime, three more Jamaican men are the latest Jamaicans to die as a result of the virus bringing the death tally to 545.
Two of the deceased men are from Kingston and St Andrew aged 74 and 70, and the other from St Thomas aged 62.
According to the Ministry of Health, seven person is in government quarantine, however, 25,444 are quarantined at home.
