Kingston family court reopens

The Kingston and St Andrew Family Court on Duke Street in Kingston resumed normal operations today following a two-week closure because of COVID-19 infection among staff.  

Emergency hearings were instead being heard in Half-Way Tree.

The Court Administration Division says people whose matters were affected by the closure should call the Kingston and St Andrew Family Court at 876-613-3801, 876-613-3803 or 876-469-2762.

They will get new dates for their matters.

They may also access information on the new dates for their matters on the Parish Court website at https://parishcourt.gov.jm/.
