Barber charged with farmer’s murder

Jerome Foster, a 32-year-old barber of Flamstead Gardens, St James was arrested and charged, following investigations into the murder of a farmer in German Town, St James.

The cops say 30-year-old Richard Plummer was found with gunshot wounds after residents heard explosions in the area on Tuesday.

Investigations suggested Foster was a prime subject.

He was arrested shortly after.

His court date is being finalised.
