Maxfield roadblock over police killing of alleged gangster

Sections of Maxfield Avenue in Kingston 13 have been blocked by residents protesting the police killing of an alleged gangster from the community.

He has been identified as Emeilo Morris.

The roadblock spans the Maxfield Avenue-Spanish Town Road intersection to Gem Road.

The police are working to clear the area.

Motorists are being urged to use alternative routes.
