Police yet to establish motive in Kingston triple murder
Acting head of the Kingston Central Police Division, Deputy Superintendent Michelle Campbell, said the police have yet to establish a motive behind last night's triple murder near Heroes Circle in Kingston.
Two women and a male taxi driver were reportedly heading to a party when they were pounced upon by gunmen travelling in another vehicle.
The incident occurred about 10:40 p.m. The victims reportedly died on spot.
Campbell also disclosed that the deceased women were from the area.
"We don't know the motive as yet, still early days but my detectives are working hard on the information that they have received.
"My understanding is that they were going to a party but they stopped at the location to get their make-up done and they were pounced upon by three men in a car," said Campbell.
