The individual, who this newspaper will not name, can be seen on video, not only flashing his genitals on the phone screen but also showing his rear. The video, which is about a minute in length, shows the nude, elderly man seemingly in conversation with another person.

Several calls placed to the politician’s cell phone went unanswered.
