Elderly man killed in Clarendon, suspect arrested
The Clarendon Police have made progress into the investigation surrounding the murder of 64-year-old Paul Clarke who was killed during a disagreement on Tuesday night.
They have arrested a 44-year-old suspect whom they believe Clarke had the disagreement with in May Pen in the parish.
It is reported that about 8:19 p.m., the two men got into an argument which resulted in a piece of board being brought into play by Clarke.
The suspect, who reportedly disarmed Clarke, then responded with blows to Clarke's chest.
He said to have collapsed and later died from injuries received
The suspect then turned himself into the May Pen police where he was placed in custody.
