Clarendon taximan killed moments after washing car

Miguel Thomas, a taxi operator from McGilchrist Palm in Clarendon, was shot and killed just moments after he finished washing his car at a bar over the weekend. 

According to police reports, on Saturday, Thomas was at a bar in Toll Gate, Clarendon washing his vehicle which he uses to operate taxi services. 

Just moments after he finished washing his car, he was pounced upon by a lone gunman who opened fire hitting him in the head and upper body.

The police have launched an investigation into the matter.
