Expletives spark fight between siblings
An argument between siblings over the alleged use of indecent language was referred to mediation on Wednesday in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court.
Keno Marsh and his sister Christina Francis are charged on an indictment for assault occasioning actual bodily harm, in a case and cross case. A plea was not entered before Senior Parish Judge Paula Blake-Powell.
It was shared that earlier this year, Marsh showed up at Francis' workplace and started an argument, accusing her of using expletives in the presence of his son. Shortly thereafter, a fight ensued between the siblings, which caused bruising and swelling to both Francis and Marsh.
On Wednesday, the siblings agreed in unison to judge Blake-Powell's suggestion that they attend mediation to resolve their issues. Marsh and Francis are to return to court on September 14, when the matter is set for mention.
