Severed head of wanted man found in Manchester

The Manchester police are reporting that the severed head of a man who was reportedly wanted for rape, assault and burglary was found along the roadway in Whitney Turn in Porus on Thursday morning. 

The man's head was found wrapped in a blood-soaked bag near a stall.
