Protest for Medikk

Deputy Commissioner of Police, Fitz Bailey, this afternoon gave an update on missing dancehall artiste 'Medikk'.

“In that particular matter we believe that certain instructions was issued by a convict within a penile institution,” Bailey said, adding the police are looking to bring closure to the matter.

While unconfirmed, it is believed that the artiste may have been involved with a convict.

“I just want to point out that whilst we cannot tell an individual how they should live their life, but one must be cautious with the type of relationships that they engage in,” Bailey added.

The entertainer, whose real name is Stephanie Williams, has been reportedly missing since August 24. She was last seen boarding a car outside her apartment.

Last week a peaceful protest was staged outside the Constant Spring police station by family and friend of the entertainer as they sought update on the investigation.
