NWC office in Portmore without Internet, phone access

The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising that its office in Portmore, St Catherine is offering limited services following disruptions to its Internet and phone facilities. 

The commission says the problem was first observed on Wednesday, but they are in dialogue with service providers to have the matter resolved. 

Despite having little to no connectivity, the Portmore Mall-based location still has a few services it can provide.   

The NWC sends its apologises and advises customer to use their online platforms where possible.
