Tourist charged with grabbing guard’s penis

A security guard was left traumatised after a United States resident, who was staying at the apartment complex he worked, grabbed his penis.

The accused, Robert Morris, who was remanded in custody until February 1, is facing a charge of indecent assault. It is alleged that Morris was staying at an apartment and returned to the premises. Morris beckoned to the complainant, the security guard, to allow him to enter the apartment as the remote for the gate had stopped working. He reportedly asked that it be exchanged. The complainant, who was clad only in his underwear, took the remote and went for the replacement to give Morris, when the accused allegedly grabbed his penis.

Shocked by Morris' actions, the security guard uttered, "Yo, a wah dat?" and on the verge of tears.

The matter was adjourned for mention and possibly a bail application.
