Teen boy in Hanover charged for stealing $38,000 worth of beverages from shop

A 15-year-old male student of Dias district, Hanover has been charged for stealing $38,000 worth of beverages from a shop in his community.

The teen boy is charged with shop breaking and larceny.

Reports from the Lucea police are that about 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, the teen allegedly broke into a shop and stole beverages.

The shop owner was alerted and summoned the police.

The teenager was subsequently arrested after a question and answer interview.

His court date is being finalised.
